Returns Policy

30-Day Returns:
Customers who buy products directly from The Company of Animals have 30 days from the date they receive their order to return items for a refund. Please note, website sales are fulfilled by Yozies Ltd. To initiate a return, please email companyofanimals@yozies.com referencing your order number and the reason for return. Full details, including your order number, are available on your confirmation email. For purchases made through Amazon or other retailers, please contact them directly for returns. Their return policies will apply.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.

Exclusions:
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they are sold as final sale items. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Fulfilment Information:
Website sales are generally fulfilled by Yozies Ltd. For orders over £20.00, shipping is free. In cases where Yozies Ltd is out of stock or unavailable, you may be directed to purchase our products directly through Amazon, not via our own Amazon shop. This link will take you to Amazon itself.

Return Shipping:
We offer fuss-free, free returns. We will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure your order number is either included inside the package or clearly written on the outside of the box.

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchange Policy
For faster processing, we recommend that you return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for your desired product. Please note, we offer free delivery on orders over £20.00, and all returns are also free of charge. This ensures you receive your new item promptly and efficiently.
