This Privacy Policy describes how Company of Animals Ltd and its other affiliates (including Company of Animals LLC, Company of Animals B.V., and Company of Animals Pty) (collectively, “Company of Animals,” “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your personal information when you use our website (www.companyofanimals.com) or our services. This Privacy Policy also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your personal information, and how you can contact us to get answers to your questions. By using the Company website, you consent to the terms of this policy.
This website is not intended for anyone deemed underage and we do not knowingly collect data relating to underage visitors.

We have a legitimate interest in protecting the security of our premises or any event that we may run. If you are visiting us for the purposes of a contract that we have with you then we will need the information to perform that contract.
Our CCTV holds records of usage for approximately 30 days.

We use “Cookies” (small pieces of information that a website sends to a computer’s hard drive while a web site is viewed) and clear GIFs to monitor how you interact with our website. We have a legitimate interest in maintaining the security of our website, understanding how you interact with our website to better improve it, and to understand your preferences and interests in order to select offerings that you might find most useful. 4. AI.
We will collect your personal data if you choose to interact with Chatbot (known as Zendesk). When you first send a message to the service, we will obtain your Identity Data and use this to identify you and provide a response. Our legal basis is the consent you have provided when you access the service.
Our chatbot, powered by closed source AI, is designed to provide quick and helpful answers from our knowledge base. It assists with common queries, product issues, and sizing recommendations.
We share our data with the service providers who facilitate the chat service. These will store the personal you provide and the conversation history but do not share the data any further.
The Company of Animals will keep your personal and conversation history.
