Veterinary Referral

Please note we require written veterinary consent for every patient that comes for treatment. This is a legal requirement under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 to ensure your dog gets the best possible treatment.

You can do this by downloading our veterinary referral form here. You will need to complete sections A and B and then kindly request your vet to complete section C and D. Once complete, you can email the form to Alternatively, you can request that a member of our Pet Centre team obtains referral on your behalf, simply download the form here, fill out sections A and B and email back to us, we will then contact your vet and obtain relevant medical history and written consent for treatment.


Initial Consultation & Treatment: 1-1.5 hours – £82 (includes free stance analysis & printed report)

Follow up Sessions: 45-60 minutes – £70

If your dog requires a little more time, we provide this at no extra cost. We endeavour to work to time and have allowances scheduled in to ensure we can offer you the best service.

Stance Analyser Follow Up Sessions: £15 (included free of charge within the initial consultation. Includes printed report and progress tracker).

Available to both veterinary physiotherapy & hydrotherapy patients as well as to those just requiring use of the Stance Analyser with our qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist.

Claiming costs on insurance

Many pet insurance policies cover veterinary physiotherapy and hydrotherapy as standard. If you wish to claim on your pet insurance, please contact your insurer prior to commencing treatment to check your policy allowance. We are unable to claim directly from your insurer however will provide you with all the paperwork needed to validate any claim that you make.
